Maybe the correct question is this: Is Janssen on a hiring freeze? I interviewed just before the 4th of July holiday with a phone call and then face to face. I was referred to the talent acquisition team twice after that but have heard nothing since. What is the normal interview process for Janssen? Any insight would be great.
Arguably some of the worst follow-up and professional courtesy in industry. Currently on a "hire internal" mandate and requires approval to add headcount from outside of organization. Don't feel special about you're time being wasted, they do it all of the time.

FYI. There is hiring in Colorado AND hiring manager sets a maximum age limit for candidates! She sucks.
