New management was saddled with a lot of problems and a pile of debt. However, they have slowly, but surely, made some headway in reducing debt and removing a lot of the old regime. While there are some lingering disgruntled employees, like yourself, most have been canned or left on their own. Those who stayed behind have refocused their attention at making it a better place by working harder and not whining like you constantly do. And more new blood is coming in every day, so eventually, this will be a whole new company.
