To the manager who posts on his linked in feed " How to manage employees older than yourself." Who are you kidding there are very few employees who look older than you. Have you looked in a mirror lately. Your portly, lost your hair, have yellow teeth, and have major eye bags!

 

That manager should read articles about how to manage employees younger than themselves. Get a reality check!

 

Yep. I admit to most of that. It's what crummy, lazy reps will do to you over time...it's tough to get rid of even the expense report cheaters, or people that lie about their educational background.

 

Typical narcissistic response. Hey buddy you were the cheating, lying rep. You somehow got promoted. I hear your quite unsuccessful in your position. I hear everyone you manage hates you. Good luck on finding a new job you'll need it buddy.

The reason this person is still out of work in this economy is they must be incarcerated.

 

It's an interesting development to say the least. Without taking sides it just goes to show that when EITHER of these 2 turn on you - it's freaking vicious.

Heard he will be heading up NSW district in Australia. This includes all of Sydney metro area. Major promoton, big bucks etc but a big move. He's earned it though.
