How many of us were subjected to Weinstein style harassment while working at Alcon? In my case, the CEO told me that the perpetrator was "important to the business" and "boys will be boys".

Cry me a river. How many females have been promoted over their male counterparts because they had cleavage? Or because they were screwing the boss? Get over yourself snowflake.

Or conversely, how many women were not promoted because they didn’t want to show cleavage, sleep with their boss or condone it when he slept around and trashed talked his wife and other women. That’s the issue that the majority of women face and perhaps only now is beginning to disgust men as well. Exactly my point… “Snowflake” ...let’s regress back to adolescence with name calling. Always an effective and admirable tactic...

Really? Someone raped you or opened their office door with a hard on?

Sniff....sniff....did I offend you? Go on social media, hit the caps lock, and rail on about the unfairness if it all. That's what you snowflakes do, yes? Let me know how that works out for ya.

Someone cornered me in his office and stuck his hands in my blouse. Yes he had a hard on.

He cornered me in his office, pressed me against the wall with his body and stuck his hands in my blouse.

He'd call me to describe the sexually explicit things he'd like to do to me.

He told me all about the size of his hard on.

This was my first job. He was a senior director.

    Pure hell.

As the stories from Hollywood emerge, I'm reminded that it isn't just Hollywood that has powerful old men who think it's ok to intimidate 22 year old women.

I wonder if you would say that if your mother, sister or daughter has been subjected to the same thing? Or perhaps your mother took one look at you and gave you up for adoption, you revolting specimen, and ever thus you’ve become a woman hater. Men like you make me sick.

You know, it amazes me how people think. Especially when they hide behind anonymous postings. Looks like someone’s parents didn’t do their job. Sad human being. Good luck with all that.
