model 1. Create fake news source (Capital Forum) 2. Find disgruntled ex-employee to complain 3. Claim victim status 4. Cherry pick information and spin a web of lies 5. Tell everyone that you are short selling and pass it off as "my opinion" Pretty simple. Hard to believe it's legal.
You forgot to mention Capitol Forum, including the audio transcript of LR talking about the channel stuffing scheme and Viceroy with an extensive 35 page report. Let me guess, all lies
You're the only one who has to guess. Just because a couple of amateur hacks in their bunny slippers write a story doesn't make it true. If they were channel stuffing the financial statements would show it. The financials show that channel stuffing isn't occurring. Do you even know how to read those? It's business 101 stuff.
There are puppets being used, asked and paid to post negative things. They are puppets. There is a master that is using those puppets Puppets are exposed legally and your pimp is harder to find. Let's see who wears orange with a number across your chests. Based on numbers in their financials this points to stock manipulating and that IS illegal. And if you're a former employee and provided any confidential information to anyone you are guilty. Good luck to both sides. Someone could lose big. Likely a few rookies. Grabbing a beer and chips. Well....
Amateur hacks? Do you even know the reputation of the Capitol Forum? I would argue it's far more reputable than MiMedx
Start with the research firms that were calling up doctors and clinics offering to pay them for inside information. Someone obviously paid those research firms to try and butter up the sources before digging for inside information. Follow the money trail and it will all start to lead to the puppet master
You're such an idiot. Would be pretty funny if an expansion in Europe was announced when he returned..........
Pete should welcome short sellers. All he has to do is run a legitimate company and there is no issue. The shorts will be crushed in a short squeeze. But we all know , that is not what is happening.
"In all fairness – I said, you know: A healing review has no bearing on providing any extra shelf space or alleviating the concerns of some, you know, floor manager or department manager who’s looking at how many grafts are spilling out of every cabinet available to us. I said: And what it helps with is when chief of surgery or chief of staff comes down and questions the amount of product that’s being used, I go:That doesn’t help us in any capacity for what’s being, you know, stuffed in our VAs." "Let’s try to get through this number this time around. Do the best we can. And you guys have my commitment that –that I will start barking up a tree in April that we have to find a new channel to do this and that we’ve exhausted this..." "We have options. We can transfer it to another VA that’ll use it. We can do a variety of things." Excerpted phone call transcriptions from amended countersuit Fox v MiMedx filed 11/3/17.
