How's the QOL and work-life balance? How much on-call? Weeknights and weekends? Time off for personal needs? Hoping for serious replies. Thanks
It completely depends on your team and your reps... 1) Do you reps get in the trenches with you and do the checks/clinics and implants or just go around smiling, shaking hands and dropping off bags of money? If they get out there and work with you, you're good. If not, you're hosed while you work 80 hours a week making $75k and they work 20 hours a week making $300k. 2) Your team... how big is it? If you have 8 people on the team then you will most likely be on call every 8 weeks or so. If there is only 3 people then every 3 weeks. The work/life balance is completely dependent on the mindset of your principle reps and your team leaders.
In all honesty worst work environment ever seen so unprofessional and never seen the things that occur at bio anywhere else in the worst way. Ask docs how they feel about them and you will always here they have an intertesting way of marketing ... you will have no life and can make much more elsewhere
Long time former Bio employee here. If you have the ability to do so, dont take any offer from employment with BINC. Shady, underhanded and just downright unethical doesn't even begin to describe the shenanigans of this company. The sad thing is, they have decent tech, but the management and the field personnel are invariably lacking integrity altogether, and downright unethical. If you can, hold out for one of the big 3, preferably the big two. I know the money is a big temptation, but please trust me and hold out. Once you work for BIO, you will carry with you a mark that is really hard to get rid of. It took me a long long time to scrub the stain of bio from my soul.
