If you come here, you should know that they just cut the bonus in half at the 80% goal attainment mark. You also should know that 80% of the people are not hitting 100%. So don't let them sell you an ocean front property in Arizona at the interview table.

 

Arbor used to say that they have never had a lay off. As of this week, they can no longer say that!

 

Save all your emails if you can. I know reps have made hush money holidays out of Arbor. Eff u Ed and Kim. Enjoy signing those checks!!!
