ALK Contract

Website looks like a big expansion. Must mean things are going well there.

Not everything seems like a slam dunk at face value. The organization has been around for quite some time and owns an entire allergy portofolio. The products will fill a need in the allergy market and will be the base of the franchise. The expectation is that the dust mite pill will be more successful because there is not a season to it. They are not expecting it to be a blockbuster but something to build on.

 

The pay is lower than anyone could believe. That's only reason they're still around. Commissions all around are minimal. Turnover is excessive, managers? I haven't met one that wasn't a sleeze Bag.

 

My contract recently ended and looking to see how this one is going? Expansion possibilities? Thanks:

Layoffs coming

 

The only thing worse than getting laid off would be to get moved over to ALK. What a group of intensely incompetent managers led by a clueless leadership team that is way over their heads. JA is about as dumb as they come but is always there with a witty quote that his minions laugh at, which is the key if you do get pushed over.

 

Very accurate. Odactra is failing, it won’t be long until ALK gives the tablets back to the extract reps.
