Everyday Uggie screws up, even when I worked there, she is extremely talented with throwing the blame on others. I recall she screwed up the vacation allotments in ADP and what a mess that caused! She blamed Tonya Beads for it who had absolutely nothing to do with it. Did they let HR go in Columbia already? I have been calling and keep getting voice mail and no one there is available to answer my questions about benefits and unemployment or my FSA account. Does anyone know these answers?
they never answered the phone when an agent for my security clearance needed to confirm I worked there last year. The agent left voicemail for UH and she never answered back, that was a year ago. Eventually one of the agents went in person to the Columbia office. Now that they are closing good luck. I would recommend calling someone you know there and having them transfer you or go to the office before it closes.
