What is Wrong with ARIMF?

    One of the biggest issues with ARIMF is the significant amount of mediocre resources that are unproductive and are only interested in being promoted to managers. Most of these resources came from ARI with limited experience and knowledge in areas outside their limited expertise such as preparing and analyzing samples in the micro lab. Those resources lied and backstabbed everyone alone the way with the goal of getting promoted. Unfortunately these are resources that get promoted because they are "nice" not because of qualifications. This creates an unproductive work environment where unqualified resources are promoted to management position. During the last couple of years ARIMF has been promoting unqualified resources that are afraid of making decisions and engage in destructive unproductive agendas. If you cant make a decision then you are NOT a leader!!!!

    Also what do you expect under JO leadership...her team has nothing to do with qualified individuals but yes men and strange women.
