    Anyone know when they will start to build out the sales division?

    Not until they have a product they can produce at commercial scale and a facility that can meet FDA cGMP standards.

    They will build medical / apheresis specialists long before they worry about sales reps. Most likely they will specialize and have a very, very limited sales team if and when they launch.

    Left a similar message in Kite. The CAR-T companies are no where near close to commercialization. Like Kite is Amgen South, Juno will be Amgen north as the CCO at Juno just left head of oncology at Amgen in November. He will build that commercial team from Amgen when the time comes.
