7 bosses in 7 years at Janssen what gives and is this normal? My old pharma company I had 2 in 10. Bottom line is we still get crushed on the clinical battle every day. We are to busy re orging to actually address the root cause of our failures. Had we spent this week addressing clinical data in the public domain we might actually move forward however we are going backwards to where we were 7 years ago. Shuffling the chairs will not change results nor will your HSN blowhards that sell nothing.

Have you considered a home business opportunity? Have you heard of Arbonne? You can be your own boss and have financial security. Reply if you want to know more about this amazing opportunity!

Just because you've now done this a couple times and it makes you sound stupid, it's HSM with an "M".

HSN is the home shopping network. Which is probably what you're watching all day sitting at home, dumbass!

There are very few people in this organization that can and do sell. That is because they are routinely being run out of the organization. While they are working hard, the credit for their actions and results are being stolen by the low life posers. You know this type. They talk fast and long while really saying nothing. Certainly nothing good comes from the poser pack. This behavior is welcomed by management. And so sales drop, and real field intel continues to disintegrate. This all leads to poor choices made by marketing, training and leadership. As the cycle continues we see the once powerful market leader now following...and doing a poor job at that. I find it unlikely that this organization will remain fully intact as it is now known after four years of a Trump administration.
