    The Initial Appearance & Arraignment Hearing as to John Kapoor is set for November 16, 2017 at 11:15 a.m. in Courtroom 14 before Magistrate Judge Jennifer C. Boal.



    Anyone up for a field trip to Boston that day?

    What a bunch of idiots. Of course he's guilty and they have all they need to prove it. And don't forget the all-too-eager 6 arrested execs waiting trial who will likely turn on him to get a plea deal. Who are you stupid people to say, "not guilty". His wife and kids?
