These guidelines are meant to provide managers and employees with the parameters that will ensure a fair and consistent approach to internal moves. You are eligible to be considered for a transfer if:

    • You must have a solid performance history and your most recent performance appraisal must be at least rating 3 or better.

    • You inform your manager that you are being considered for a position (if you plan to go beyond an initial "exploratory" conversation).

    • You have worked in your present position for a minimum of eighteen months (or longer if there is a specific business need). Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis by Human Resources and line management.

    Well if HR just posted this then there has been a policy change because most of us can tell you we have all been told we are held hostage of this miserable experience until it's over..including the RCs.

    I know for a fact that the Little Tanned Man told all the RC to not even think about anyone leaving this contract that the only way out is RESIGN.. Maybe the Little Tanned Man is running his own company despite what HQ tells him. Would be par for the course for him and Cedric the Entertainer.
