WH Expansion

Let's just be honest folks.
Why have people go through all this work and time to not have ANY integrity to this process and just give out promotions as a "Lifetime Achievement" awards like they are doing?
Politics and if you've worked here longer than the dinosaurs have been extinct.... seem to be in order all over the nation to get a promotion. Nothing else. All which was probably decided 10 months ago on a conference call and put on some spreadsheet. All of this was done behind the scenes. The territories, who they want where, the promotions - all of it. Just call people and tell them where you are putting them or where they are on your master spreadsheet.
Let's not "pretend" anymore that this is a real process.

Or how about months ago when they said Team ENDO reps would be looked at first for these positions?

Oh wait, that might have been before they fired everyone in management one day.

There are some good people who made it that got the DM jobs.
But, yes, seems like this was pre-determined and just going through the motions to say they did.

Said they would post Th. Thursday they said Friday.

What are the products for the expansion? And does anybody know the timeframe for interviews and hiring date?

 

Well today's interviews for WH were interesting. The manager I interviewed with today seems to be pretty stupid.

 

The products haven't been finalized yet and interviewing will continue until the hiring date.

 

Can't wait to see the "tenured" former ENDO reps run for the hills when some of these crazy Metabolics DMs bring their "culture" to their new districts. Must see TV right there!!

I saw the WH opening in my city. I think abbvie would never awesome to work for. Any idea if they are only looking at reps with WH experience? Or just pharma? I've called on almost every speciality but obgyn.

 

you don't need experience. Just be well-liked act like a politician and you got the job. This is one of the worst franchises within Abbvie.
