Someone's assuming competence is needed to be a manager. If that's so, why is Paul Schmidt a manager? This weasel is despised by so many. Makes no sense. When will they finally fire him? Many are saying he's been trying to interview for other companies, but apparently those companies have better judgement than Valeant as no one's offered him anything yet.
