Trace please fire Bill Ferguson. If you ask him a question he will always say, "I will get back with you on that." He knows nothing about any of our plans and will always say it is Takeda or Otsuka's responsibility and always defers to them. When is someone going to hold this ass hole to the fire? He will always say he has no access to top plans so we will never contract with them. Hey Bill, if we were to say this as account managers our boss would say push through buddy. Just quit or fire him because he is worthless!
At least he responds to you. On the neuro side, it takes multiple emails and a phone call to get any sort of action. I often feel like I’m asking him for a huge favor be reaching out.
Totally agree with this! He is the most knowledgeable RAM I have ever know in my 30 years of pharma. I hope his boss realizes this soon because Takeda and Otsuka do everything for him. He is like a puppet that when they end up getting a contract win he tries to take credit. Total dumb ass! In fact, one time he was supposed to ride with me to go to a managed care meeting in my territory and I had to remind him the date he had down was incorrect so that he actually would attend it. I hope that his boss and Trace see this soon because it is totally affecting the West and Mid-West markets.
He doesn't really work! He lives in Colorado but mainly travels in Canada. He is the least knowledgeable RAM on our team. In fact, when we all meet together he is a deer in the headlights.
Bill Ferguson needs to be fired. He never follows through, we have to actually let him know of meetings and dates our products will be looked at, and he never knows the answer when you first ask him because he has to go ask Takeda or Otsuka for everything. He has 0 accountability when us in the field are responsible for everything and he does nothing for us. In Neurology we can never get a hold of him because he is in Canada with his wife and has more vacation days than anybody at Lundbeck! Psychiatry and Neurology both agree it's time for Tres and John Omek to find another guy out here because he is not getting it done. When you ask him to go meet with a plan he says there is "No Access." Hey Bill, if we tell our manager that in the field we would get fired. Well buddy, it's time for you to start packing as well. Also, funny story when Trintellix first launched he thought you could use our co-pay card for Medicare! Oh my gosh how did this guy get the job?
We have known this about Bill on the Neuro side for years so you Psych folks took too long to figure it out. John Omick doesn't see it because he puts together good slides or power points when he's in front of him. It just feels like the RAM's at Lundbeck have a golden parachute and can't do anything wrong...wake up Omick and fire Bill! Or just ask him specifics of our accounts on the spot and he will never know the answer!
