I am applying for the Neuro Health Specialist job in Arlington Heights / IL. I am looking for some insight on this position (serious answers please) before I spend time pursing this opportunity. TIA

    How is working for Arbor?
    Company Culture, work life balance?
    Territory Size?
What is the manager like that I would be working under?
What is the Product or (products) and is managed care a huge issue?
    Salary?
Company car and if so what kind of car?
    Benefits?

I appreciate serious answers and feedback!

The culture at Arbor is terrible, but it beats not having a job. There is no work life balance. They don't seem to grasp that. Most territories in Neuro are large. I heard the manager in your area is nice. The product is Horizant and managed care is a challenge because no one seems to be working on that issue. The salary is between 60K and 70K usually. Company car is a Ford Taurus. The benefits are expensive - about $10,000 a year out of pocket for a family plan and that comes with a deductible!

It beats no job, but seriously think hard. You’ll be joining a salesforce where 90% of the reps are actively pursuing other jobs...this can be a tough black eye on the resume. And most the stuff you read here, although a bit harsh and often hilarious, it’s pretty spot on

You would have way better job security dressing up as the tin man and driving to Michigan Ave then working at Arbor promoting flimsy leg syndrome at a cut rate price. Plus you could dodge taxes!!!

I was just wondering if the OP is still pursuing this position. If you are, don't say no one warned you.

The manager is not nice...he is a crazy micro manager and makes the life of the reps in his district a living hell. You will regret it just for that reason alone...and there are numerous reasons beyond that
