Viceroy: Anonymous defamation machine

Have the Anonymous slander machines hired out an offshore company to generate the garbage the post on their sites? Who knows because no one knows who they are. There are no specific people mentioned on their website and no person to contact. Now they are being sued by MiMedx. I hope they can find them....

 

Any thoughts on why MiMedx hid the fact that the SEC was investigating?

 

I find it hard to believe that MiMedx hired an old friend to conduct an independent review. Is that fake news?

This short seller investor guy MC is so full of himself. He should be more concerned with "his neighbors" than where MiMedx employees live. I believe his neighbors are all burning up in NorCal and all this guy can think about is MDXG. Can you imagine this guy hammering away on twitter all day? Probably has some sore thumbs. I mean look at the guy. His big inventory smoking gun email was that? I mean the email that told the employees to focus, take it seriously, and actually complete it to correct any issues? Do you know what inventory reconciliation is you idiot? This guy is putting too much faith in his sources. His reputation is going to take a big hit after this one.

 

Pete needs to worry about the SEC & DOJ rather than short sellers

 

Have you not paid attention? The DOJ looked into Mimedx a couple years ago and couldn't find anything to complain about.....I doubt anything has changed. If the DOJ can't find anything, the SEC won't either.

 

Try to keep up. These are new allegations .and possible investigations

Lies, yes, Pete in trying to explain all the evidence against him has to say that his own employee is lying. It’s getting very complicated for MiMedx

Gotta love it. Short sellers are demanded to reveal themselves, but Mimedx can magically dispense with phone call transcripts suggestive of manipulating VA channels by saying "we did an internal investigation on that already and these are just disgruntled employees who sold competitive products". When asked to disclose the investigation's report they say "did you not hear us? we did an internal investigation and if you keep asking for the report we'll have to assume you are an evil short seller".

I think everyone should shut up for a while and let things settle down. Everyone will have their day in court. Meantime, it is clear that the company is killing the numbers and wouldn't be if they were selling a shitty product. That much is for sure. They obviously have something good that doctors like.

 

That would be the sensible response from management. However their insecure, conspiracy-theory based responses to any criticism speak volumes for what skeletons are potentially hidden in the closet!
