Magnifica getting momentum in PCP

JP just said he thinks Xifaxan only grew scripts 3% mostly from Magnifica
So what the heck are the specialists doing? What happened to the billion of extra potential sales from HE?

 

If he said this (which is news to me), he is only using Magnifica to threaten the real reps. Look how well that game worked out with polaris..... polaris hates Magnifica and Magnifica hates Polaris. They are working against each other when they get paid on dirt.

They are literally at each other’s throats .... from east coast to west coast.

We both get paid for the same Rx's.
If you are competing/fighting within your territory - no wonder you are losing. Your manager should have straightened that crap out .

 

Magnifica isn’t playing nice in the sandbox .... it’s ridiculous. I can only conclude it’s their leadership. Every polaris rep I know has the exact same issue. Polaris welcomes teamwork and magnifica believes competing with Polaris will prove their worth resulting in a direct hire position/ rollover.
Magnifica is causing division ,,, this job has enough obstacles and teamwork shouldn’t be one of them.

 

Top performing Polaris reps + Too performing Magnifica reps = 1 team....??
