The cashier from rite aid got canned for ringing up fake calls. What’s the latest on Dev & the Thundercats?

Haven’t heard their roar lately? Is the fearless leader approaching new heights?

I worked for this guy a few years back and it was quit an expierence. First off, he is very insecure. He loves to suck up to the regional director because he’s basically very stupid. Whenever he details a customer on a field ride he embarras

He basically a damn fool. He has these weird yellow eyes that freaks me out also.

That’s odd that you mention his yellow eyes, I’ve thought the same thing and they do freak me out too. Overall, he’s been a nightmare to work for. He is very petty and demeaning in part because he is not very intelligent himself. I think it makes him feel good to talk down to peoplel because he brings nothing to the table. If it wasn’t for the fact his director enjoys getting his arse kissed he would have been fired a long time ago like he has been from every other job he’s had.

Any negative post is simply by an intimidated individual
The yellow eyes force fear from subservient caitiffs
All champions respect the core pinnacle of his leadership influence
Hence only champions work with him.
All who stay in his district receive the most robust salary at BI
They are sworn to secrecy though are recognized for their power

Yeah! But I still can't get him to eat "fried chicken" when work with him.

I will say this, my manager told me he overheard his director, Julius and the area VP Tim talking by the elevator at a recent meeting. Tim was concerned because it appeared that Dev was not spending adequate time in the western part of his district and the numbers were not where they needed to be. Tim felt that Dev had neglected this area and didn’t have adequate control of it. The reps were basically out there doing their own thing without proper supervision. Julius didn’t appear to be defending him much because the thought is that he is contemplating retirement and is more concerned with not “rocking the boat”. At the end of the day it appears that while Dev may have somewhat of an ally with Julius he definitely needs to work on his relationship with Tim.

Rumor is that Dev is in the running for a regional training position. I guess the good news is that he now can pass on his "superior" sales skills to more reps than just the ones in his current district. If all goes well with this he could go on to a national training position & potentially save the company from having to lay off anyone since everyone will be up to speed using his inside knowledge techniques on how to get the business & hit our sales objectives.

This could be just the edge that BIPI needs. Training is a strong suit for him. The sales ability and persuasiveness of any understudy has shined like a Jedi Knight. Everyone will be mesmerized including Germany by the omnipotent one they know Big D.
