    Been hearing Corp HR has gone less "diverse" than in previous years with recruiting. Has JA Turned Baxter into a whites only refuge?

    Baxter has turned into such a shit show. I'm hearing they are having problems with filling positions. JA would be smart to consider flipping his team, because the longer they stay the more difficult it becomes to refresh the total organization. Look at the fuck-ups AK, SL and BE have brought in... more to come if they stay.

    Totally agree. Better yet, Joe should get rid of AK, SL and BE, just like he canned Marcus in R&D and already had his replacement ready to go. Another conceited worthless leader we are better off without.

    That would be impossible! Baxter systematically got rid of almost every tenured sales rep. Take a look at LinkedIn or look at the corporate structure. Paid them off to shut them up and avoid lawsuit! They have been doing this for many years. If you look at all the PR postings though it would seem Baxter is so diverse. All smoke and mirrors. Jean whatever her name is a piece of ....

    JA is like any other white CEO, it's all buzz words and corp lingo to promote the company's "diversity". When comes to actual practice, HR just doesn't do it. This company's HR has significant turn over of its own.
