Yes, they usually make cuts at the end of the year.

Monsanto sucks! Horrible company just like Bayer & BMW.
Guess why I say this? In the past they made chemicals and mechanics for ovens, gas chambers etc. that murdered millions of their own people. Today they are at it again. Google Agent Orange and Round Up. Google the history of these products and what they needed to do with their War Time Chemicals after there was no war to “extend” there usage.
Check out GMOs more closely too.

Uh, pretty sure Monsanto was making chemicals for the Nazi's ovens and gas chambers.

I get that you don't like chemicals and Monsanto. I'm not particularly happy Bayer spent $66 billion to buy a chemical/seed company instead of investing in the future of the pharma division either.

With that said, when you start spewing a bunch of random, unrelated stuff to try to voice your disgust over Monsanto, you end up coming off as one of those all natural, never vaccinate my children at the expense of public health whackos.

Reading comprehension is not your strength. I said Monsanto did make chemicals for the gas chambers. Google the rest, educate yourself.

Anyone catch any home office buzz about a future restructure/layoffs? Seems to be taking a long time for the European regulatory agencies to approve the acquisition.

No, didn’t catch it because it doesn’t exist.

To responder 1 : Thanks for the link.

To responder 2 : Thanks for your reply.

    To All : FYI -
Article gives March 12th as the new date for EU to give final decision on approval of acquisition.

It won’t be ratified meaning a 2 billion dollar penalty, resulting in mega layoffs! You have been warned!

Define mega. 2 billion for Bayer hardly makes a dent.

Way to go Bayer management, sales down across the board both consumer and prescription! Bonuses suck because you decided to buy a fucking seed company that might not even go through! Thanks for screwing with the thousands of lives of hard working and formally loyal employees! Here come the cuts people, time to get out before the hammer falls! You have been warned....

EU merger approval decision delayed again to April 5th. More time to keep interviewing before the cuts are announced.
