Zontivity is doing very well. Pill per script has increased from 50 to 60. They may need a partner to get more PCPs to sign on.

Industry avg is 10-12 reps per manager. Here it’s 6 per RSD. They need to cut half the managers. Use a contract sales force to co-promote to pcp.

 

Why is this company so management heavy?

 

It's obvious that they keep the managers in order to expand the sales force after the refinance of debt is done. 75 reps are not enough even just for cards.

 

Why not get rid of them and rehire when needed?

 

No expansion. Finding a partner to co promote.

Why would they quit? It's a easy gig managing 4 TSMs.

 

Cool. If this is not a lie (chances are small), then with only 60ish reps, the company did a remarkable job selling Zontivity.
