    yes, well said.

    Unfortunately this translates into failure.

Not necessarily failure. If the company approaches Tildra with reasonable expectations and go slow and steady, money is there to be made. If SUN continues to over-hire with grand expectations, failure is a sure thing. Companies have come in late to NSAID and statin markets and gained share through managed care relationships. If the deal is right, share can be gained. Maybe the princesses in Managed Markets can actually earn their salaries and their LV pocketbooks?

I don't disagree with what you say, but do you think SUN can do that?
No, I didn't think so either.

    'nuff said.

Very accurate and well said, I agree! The company can also eventually push to get into a piece of the crowded R/A and Crohn's markets too. With the right expectations. Also, unfortutantly Managed Markets is "piss poor" at their jobs, and in way above their heads.

It really is so sad...this company was built with great people on day 1. The most collaborate, aligned group of people al working toward a common goal.....what happened you ask? Abhay is what happened....he came in like a cowboy trying to tear people down, badgering women and making threats to employees. HR turns a cheek and the abuse keeps continuing.
The only people that are staying are those that cannot find jobs yet, but I'm sure they are trying...
Sun has a horrible reputation and external recruiters don't even want to place.

Depends on what you consider "day 1" and who were actually builders. My belief is that the company took the biggest downward spiral when Jester, Farbry, St Peter, McAvoy, and all of the Access fools sold a bill of goods to Dilip, Kal, and Abhay. The big shot, short timers came in, brought big pharma drama, then left. We were profitable and happier before visions of grandure set in and people were hired ahead of money being made.

JJ did not leave on his own. Everything went down quickly from there.

ok we get the point. But can anyone give information on interviewing or offers?? And yes I already know so please don’t repeat that I’m desperate, sun sucks and I should run away. there’s a thing called a JOB that some of us need and I would just like some info on where this division is in the hiring process. I feel certain the Lack of communication isn’t a good sign but being in the black hole of not knowing and no one responding is worse.

    Dysfunctional process at best.

There's been so many changes there that now nothing can get done.

oh geez, this is such a cluster. Just no direction around the vision for this company. I was hoping to see some sign of leadership in Dallas, but it no-showed.

Fran Lynch is still acting like Simba...he just can't wait to be King! He told me himself when he was drunk.

And so the infighting continues amongst the minions ... really folks ? You're fighting over who's king of a pile of crap products ?

    So sad to see this.

Do you hear that sucking sound ? It's Sun recruiting from the bottom of the barrel.

Fran Lynch can be king of this Sim City organization. His act will work until Tildra actually hits the market, if ever. That is when the finger pointing and excuses will start. Lets' face the facts, Tildra will have to be given away at launch to gain market share. New MOA cannot beat PASI 100 scores with years of safety experience.
Wait for the access group to claim 90% coverage, when the truth is O%.

Gonna be a real tough road ahead and we're not seeing any leadership from any part of the business.

    This place is just floundering.

The number of good people still here continues to drop.
