Everyone on the management team would be my guess. Anyone with a SVP title would be a good start. Made a huge mess of a decent pathology practice over the years. Greed with no regard to risks, ethics, medical necessity, conflict of interests to name a few.

Zaves should be the first...never delivered on anything and kept all his boys in place making big $$$ and no accountability

Actually the whole management needs to go. Why would you keep people who are responsible for screwing up such a big enterprise.

Everyone still there except the SVP sales. Sales was the only thing which showed increase over the years, even in tough times.

When acquisitions like this happen the first to go are non-revenue producing positions. RVP’s and VP’s in many divisions are unproven in sales, I dont need to mention names bc we all know who they are. They brown-nosed their way to the top, not one RVP could sell like we do. Miraca has been a popularity contest for too long, hopefully Avista is smart enough to realize This. Make no bones about it layoffs are coming b4 NSM. I hope the hard working PROVEN people survive.

This was not a "normal" acquisition. Miraca Holdings had to leave the country literally. They even isolated their name from BMGL, which they still own 50% and have a $200 million investment.
Think about it. Why would you remove your name from association with Baylor University? Avista acquires a business for $13 million, which had more than a billion pumped into it(first thing they do is get rid of Miraca name). They probably got caught doing serious illegal things. Time will tell.

    Sell like you do?

By an illegal exclusive partnership with MM, MACRA/MIPS "consulting" and a $19 88305?

Yes. Some real sales acumen in Miraca.

Probably why they feds are sniffing around.

Even if you totally flunk MIPS, maximum you stand to loose is 4%. I don't think that is significant enough.
