Plenty of us are busting our ass in the trenches. We are carrying the weak, dead weight like yourself.

So what determines manager performance? That’s right. The performance of the TMs. Bottom feeders and fake call entering assholes were let go. Don’t be a fucking r*****.

Really if my Manager was always Flying planes I wouldn't be working Either!
Maybe a little more time on the ground and doing your job and reps wouldnt have the same work ethic as you?

i was referring to my manager, dip shit. That's who told me the behind the scenes info. You are delusional if you don't think you could go at any time. The ones I know that were let go were good people who worked hard and were loved by their offices. A bad quarter or two is all it takes. They don't need justification or to put you on any sort of plan. It could happen tomorrow.

Sorry man. My bad. I agree with you. We are all in the same boat. They aren’t even giving people the option to go on a plan to try and turn it around. Just walking papers and GTFO. Our whole team is looking for plan B and so is our manager. This is a shitty place to work. Thought it would get better with new leadership but it’s actually a lot worse.

PIPS are going out .... I overheard my manager giving another manager instructions on what to write on them.

This is how they rolled at Santarus too, I was never put on a PIP with them however I know good, hard working reps that were.

There are a lot of things out of our control.... we can only do our best with the shitty MC, access that we have. It doesn't help when doctors tell you they prescribed and Xifaxan was covered but the pt could not afford the $500 co-pay ..

Santards got the axe because they couldn’t handle a sales culture and couldn’t sell. This is different these are good reps being let go (for the most part)

Well the ones I know who got cut had it coming for months. Faking calls from your couch will catch up to you. And it’s not far for the rest of the team who are out there busting their ass to hit goal.

you have no clue what you are talking about and need to work on the grammatical errors. Lucky for you, no one's numbers are tied to anyone else's, so you keep "busting your ass" out there. I am sure you are just killing it

Really genius? Because last time I checked, Willow and Integra have linked Xifaxan goal attainment.

Wow, you must be a Salix leftover still bitter about Santarus.

Let me give you a little update. When we bought Santarus in January 2014 we took on approximately 200 of their people. Many were tenured reps that made a lot of money on the buyout and I mean a lot. 36 of them resigned the first week. Didn’t like the culture, didn’t need the bs, were ready to move on with their lives. 7 people quit at training. 4 resigned when asked to shave. They more or less told John Temp in a private meeting to shove it. It was hilarious as he had never been talked backed to before. Within the first 6 months another 44 Santarus reps resigned. None because as you say they couldn’t sell...but because life is to short to deal with Salix. They all left for better positions and better companies. Within 12 months, only about 49 reps were left. They didn’t need this place and moved on, especially when CL was caught lying. So give it up complaining and blaming the Santarus reps. None stuck around this sinking ship.

The ones that I know that were let go were FAR FAR from your description.... half of the accounts didn’t even know them because they were only there maybe once a month / worked hard and were liked by offices? We must be talking about a different group of reps..and yes there were fake calls and concur issues - these reps knew it was coming.

everyone at this company fakes calls!!!! And don't try to tell me you don't! To hit 8 targeted calls and 10+ regular calls, you have to. They can find something on anyone if they want to. And here's the thing...they don't even need a reason. I know people on my team who take doctors out to lunches and dinners, lie about company expenses and goes to maybe five offices in the territory. But they are safe....for now. And concur issues?? This company is so all over the board with concur training and what's expected that yet again....everyone has concur issues.

This has been talked about on here so many times...for the most part the Santarus reps were hot garbage. They had very poor relationships in offices, were either older reps that no other company wanted, brand new reps that couldn't get jobs at normal pharm companies and a few were decent. Of course the culture shift was hard on them because Salix judged strictly on numbers and metrics- it was tough all of a sudden being held accountable.

Some of us “Santards” survived and are still around; I’ve now been with Salix longer than I was at Santarus. it’s true many of our tenured reps were run off. They just couldn’t fall in line after being left the hell alone at Santarus.

Every company has good reps and bad reps. This company today hires some people that I am shocked somehow made it through a screening interview. Santarus Salix whatever, why can’t we all just get along and get this stock price back up, get rich and walk off into the sunset like many “Santards” did?

Such a waste of time talking about the “Santards” three years after the company was acquired.

The reps that got let go weren’t “bumping” their calls up a little - they were blatantly making up calls and not working -they weren’t making white lie’s. Same thing with Concur /Expenses - the examples I heard were not honest mistakes. We all know what we can and can’t do with Concur and our Expenses. And if someone on your team takes their docs out to lunches and dinners - they too deserve to get fired , that is just plain stupid...
