Wonder if we will rearrange the whole country again so the Neal idiots can avoid working for their dad.

And the games have begun, just heard that the Oncology team will be gone by the end of year and we will have no therapeutic oncology products to sell as a company. Holy Sh#t Show, who's next? Sorry guys but getting rid of dipsicki and helen keller will not help out here. It would be a good start, but the fault lies with Benicar will always pay the bill mclean and his 3 other horseman that were worthless at their jobs. Maybe we can all road trip to Wooley World and see if the Moose will let us in.

If Welchol 2.0 launches 2018, it seems the company is right sized, maybe continue to let vacant territories dissolve.

If no 2.0, then possible 1/3 cut.

Hard to imagine anyone with 1/2 a brain thought these opioid products would replace lost Benicar revenue, these products were acquired to get a foothold in pain pre-miragablin.

Hang in there all and polish up those resumes

Anyone with two eyeballs knows that we have too many reps/DM's, selling products that aren't generating significant revenue.

All the scripts for Morphabond are "favors" and that's not a sustainable sales model.

Another cut is inevitable at this point. That's a fact.

Why do I blame RL and KK? Because we all knew two years ago that Hydexor and Morphabond would be duds and they decided to move forward trying to sell them with a top heavy sales force. They are always just a day late and a dollar short.

    Interview Tip:

I finally was able to get a recruiter to move me forward for a Speciality Launch opportunity! After being told, by a recruiter, that my resume and position at DSI did not meet the "specialty" representative criteria for a Q1 2018 speciality launch opportunity, I was forced to go get 4 letters of recommendation from pain specialists in my territory. Finally got the recruiter to push my resume thru and I have a phone interview with the manager today at 2pm. The recruiter said my number one job is to convince him I have "specialty" experience!

Is anyone else experiencing this bs?

FYI people...go get letters of recommendation from key specialists in your geography! Recruiters don't think we are legit "specialty" representatives so if you don't want to miss out on good opportunities start getting your items in order now!

You aren't legit specialty. The company calls you "specialty" to keep you on until they fire you.

Hate to admit it but the above it true! Phone interview was a waste of an hour! Recruiter pushed me thru basically because of the effort I put in getting the letters etc! Manager did not seem convinced or impressed as he seemed hung up on our sales model to specialty. He said calling on "specialists" doesn't translate to "specialty" selling! Asked about my speaker development experience, asked about my level of contact with specialty pharmacy, and pull thru with patients!? Did not like our "call lists" either! Pretty bummed because base pay for new position was 6 figures! Had a great talk with recruiter afterwards though who gave me some great tips on how to better position myself for the next opportunity!

A few months ago I posted for a D-S Striker position. I was called by an incredibly stupid internal recruiter. She didn’t have my resume and was unfamiliar with medical terminology. Salary range was low. Should have heeded CP warnings and saved an hour of my life.
