    Phone screening with recruiter, then interview with recruiter, then interview/face to face with mgr (if hired) or another recruiter. Mgrs are being hired now.

    Anyone have their initial phone screen with the outside vendor? Any heads ups on the format or questions?

    How many are pushed forward to Face to Face with Avadel Managers?

    How many will Quintiles managers push in front of Avadel managers?

    I haven't heard anything yet either. I interviewed almost two weeks ago and have yet to hear back. I think I was told next round of interviews is next week.

    Whats the secret to even get a call back for an interview? I have 10 years experience in Urology in the territories advertised in my area, emailed the recruiter, and applied online and never even received a phone call for an interview????

    Believe it or not , there is some BS on these posts. I do not believe there has been any face to face interviews yet. When there are, this board will light up. If that start date is the 29th, back that up two weeks and that is when the offers would go out, that means the 15th. They are hiring 175 people? The dates of interviews and hiring date is uniformed when you hire that may people. They would not do one off interviews, I would believe they would do a large interview cluster somewhere where they bring all candidates to one place. Avadel was hiring there own managers and complete upper management the last couple of weeks. So I suspect that by next week we will start hearing something. But then again, I could be full of BS.

    Trust me buddy it's no bs. I am waiting for a phone call but others In my district have had phone interviews and one person either met someone face-to-face so far or again on the phone but they have a final interview already scheduled.

    Yep you are full of BS. How and when interviews and/or offers go out can vary contract to contract. I interviewed with Quintiles manager 2 weeks ago. Was told in person, and from recruiter in email, the next phase was interview with Avadel manager on 12/4. These will be held at 3 locations throughout the country. Haven’t heard anything since my face to face 2 weeks ago. As for 175 reps? I was told in person, and via email, this contract will have 80 reps and 3 “field managers” employed by Quintiles. Your statement about the Avadel managers is the only accurate thing you said.

    Unfortunately, you are too experienced. Unless the territory is difficult to fill, quintiles wants young or older changing careers. Better to falsify your resume. They don't check.

    Agreed, best candidates are rarely hired on contract. Never met a recruiter that wasn’t sloppy or actually really cared. They are all overworked and just want to fill the job with the easiest candidate.
