Instead of putting a ton of money into these expensive meetings they should use it to promote more deserving reps. I have never know a company to be more stingy and less willing to showing appreciation for their people by promoting them. The money is important but it goes well beyond the money and when people don't feel valued they will look to leave. The fact that there is such a limited number that can be promoted each year makes everything extremely cut throat and political. This is definitely not the " culture" that they spent a half day touting 4 years ago in training. SO disappointing that people can work their asses off, win money and awards for the company and don't get what they should get in return.

Agreed! I left a few months back for the exact same reason. I won multiple awards- top performer- no promotion. There are bigger and better opportunities out there, don’t let a handful of people dictate your future. Know your worth

Anybody have any idea how many quit to go to Adamas? I think everyone in psych has their eyes open now. The micromanagement is just way over the top! If you don't have an interaction with a doc the way the ASM wants, look for it in your rating! Funny thing is, my docs actually make fun of my "always around" ASM to me next time in! One doc has a little surprise waiting on this person next time I drag them into their office! Should be interesting to watch them squirm!

Good for them ! With nothing new for years to come, except different patient profiles that are intellectually stupid and insulting, management that offers nothing of value, give me 2 good reasons to stay. I find it interesting that Kare didn't take either PA, JA or #3 with him toTeva. One of the 3 will leave in 2018. 2018 will see desperation reach new levels. Watch for silly, useless initiatives, to make the originator look good, but serve no real business purpose. They have nothing, and they finally realize the ruse is just about over.

It's really sad to watch, but with all the pipeline failures, patent expirations, and nothing of interest coming for years, you can't blame people for trying to find something that offers a little more security.
