What is going on with the increase in backorders? It feels worse than it was OVER ONE YEAR AGO! Ongoing heavy backorders for over a year, decreased commissions, DI, recalls, no CEO. Tip Top -everybody
My guess is either that they are seriously decreasing production and want us to use up what is in the field so to skew the numbers and make them look good or the FDA has shut down another room or sterile machine and no one has said anything. Very high back orders across a wide spectrum of product. 2+ years of this, my fear is this is just how ZB will operate. The ship continues to sink. I know one of our surgeons has called us a joke. Surgeon is right.

As an insider (working at corporate) it pains me to admit that this ship does seem to be sinking. I hate it because I've been employed by some portion of this company for a long time. A lot of heads need to roll, especially on the Quality side of the business. Where's the new CEO? Is it normal for it take 6 plus months to find a suitable replacement for DD? So many questions...
