Apparently at least 30 employees in the Ft Worth office were denied overtime pay this week. At least one has quit and is lawyering up. Smith & Nephew citing some unknown policy they refuse to share with anyone. What a pile of garbage. Any news from any other locations?
Let us know who the attorney representing is and those of us who did not receive 2 days of holiday pay bc either our managers approved our time before we clocked in at or KRONOS/network stalled and would not let us clock in, did not get paid for 2 days of holiday pay. Yep. 2 days of pay missing from our paychecks. Such a shame to do to anyone at any time, but certainly a cruel thing to do during holidays or year end when everyone is working hard and is exhausted. HR response "oh.... what???... we are so stupid, we don't even know how our systems work..." Not a problem for salaried employees, I guess... so therefore, those of us that work our butts off, hourly.. I guess we don't matter. Sue the hell out this crap company.
