What is one word that you use to describe Ironwood's culture? Considering a job offer and have heard mixed things on the culture of the company.

Horrible! You will regret accepting the job unless you are laid off. Google Zurampic the $500 million dollar drug that pulled in $500,000 after over a year...now the analysts say it’s going to stay way under first estimates have fun selling crap you can’t give away.

 

Fake

 

There are some unusual expectations of sales reps at IRWD. Once you get the job, you will be assigned a unique screen name for stocktwits and yahoo message boards. For example, names such as Lee_Chow, Captain_Ron, or if you are considered highly intellectual, you will get a simple name like John. Then you are ready to go to war vs KevinCarterSA and the cult SGYP longs, that spend every waking moment posting garbage about Linzess on SMF's. We are still trying to crack into the Seeking Alpha comments sections, but the cult SGYP longs can actually control who comments on there and are onto us! It's really cool, we just pretend we are SGYP shorts, but we are really IRWD sales reps and get paid for every post we make and earn double $$ when we receive reply's. And one last thing, if you ever work a large trade show, such as DDW or ACG, you are expected to take a picture of the Trulance booth and upload it onto stocktwits on your fake long profile.
