Orion? Our RSM was reviewing the stats on the % of entries for our region, and put it this way, there are no consequences for not making your entries. Do you think they would fire you for that? Apparently not, as the compliance from our region was horrible, I would say an F. Makes me wonder why I wasted my time on it as no one else did. I felt that with all the contract write downs, that was one thing I could control. Waste of time. I am done with it as the star of our region probably entered less than 12 calls all year, which was probably 6 more than prior year. No kidding!.

I love, love, love this directive and what appears to be the general response that most TMs are not going to comply with ORION. I say "yes"!! They are not, and I repeat, NOT going to fire us for not completing this useless report. They do not want anyone else to leave and will not fire anyone for this small infraction. After all, most TMs are apparently not doing it anyway. To fire someone AND possibly pay a severance (that may also be gone soon) and have to replace yet another TM while trying to look good, make sales and increase profits. Not happening. It is time WE call some shots. Why even work? Nothing is going to happen if you decide to stay home 3 days a week (or more).
...I agree 100%...and now that they want reps in CCC to stop using outside sources for in-services the reps can spend ALL their free time educating...for free of course - days/nights...don't forget to sell AV (even though they don't pay you on it)...I bet the Canadian reps get their internet paid for...they do get tablets...and new laptops...
