Alliqua is a "shit show" indeed as Q1 earnings miss badly. Former ConvaTec Brain Trust is at the helm of this formidable wound care giant which now boasts a payroll of nearly 50. If Aliliqua is that bad, quit worrying about it, it will all take care of itself. However, if Convatec was so wonderful, there would be nothing to worry about at all. Reality is, at the rate of great, long term and successful representatives leaving Convatec, there should be real concern about how to compete with any competitive threat, Alliqua or otherwise.

 

Chill bro, nobody's remotely worried about Alliqua as the shi t always sinks to the bottom eventually....as evidenced by Convatec and the team of jackass buffoons now running it.

 

Listen- BB was far in way over his head he screwed up pricing, delegated to complete idiots, he was just in way too far in over his head...period. Then they brought in this new figure head MV that needs to make eye contact with KB before he allows himself to fart. Your are correct. Convatec has management diarrhea the first episode BB and company has been flushed, now they have the nasty second round...which is worse? PATHETIC.....

 

It amazes me that anyone would ever consider taking a job with Convatec. Even if only 25% of what is posted here were correct, that should scare anyone with an average iq away. I understand some people are desperate so would take anything, and I quess if you have been not able to get a job anywhere else for a year or two ie. long term unemployed, this might look tempting. The company needs to scrape bottom to fill positions. Laughing stock of the industry for so many reasons, management and new hires included.

 

Has anyone noticed massive variances in the numbers? There is no way in hell my numbers jive plain and simple.

 

Who in their right mind would EVER wanna buy ConvaCrap??? There are SOOOOOO many me-too companies out there in the same space with the exact same products.......molnlycke, systagenix, alliqua, smith & nephew, dermasciences, medline, coloplast, hollister and the list goes on and on.......every one of those other companies are in a far better position than ConvaDump, not playing financial shell games with their mountainous boatload of debt, not hemorrhaging reps every other week, not continually screwing their sales force on variable compensation, not filling open positions with friends & family members, are not the punch line of every industry joke there is and actually introduce new, profitable/effective products on a regular basis. Would anybody really even notice if ConvaTec decided to suddenly close their corporate offices tomorrow??.....oh wait, they already did that....LOL.....hopefully not much longer til final impact.

 

It's difficult to imagine that there is a company with worse moral or "management" that is so indifferent to employees. This place will almost certainly be a case study in management classes of how not to treat employees and how to demotivate just about everyone. It actually seems that management tries to make things difficult and see how far they can push the employees before they quit.
