I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD BELIEVE DAVE NOW ANY MORE THAN BEFORE BUT YOU HAVE TO CREDIT ALQA, THEIR NUMBERS ARE OUT AND ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE ANYTHING LIKE THEM HAPPENED HERE. WHEN WILL THE CON SHOW NUMBERS?

Total revenue increased 255% vs prior year and revenue growth was 128%.
Proprietary products revenue increased 1,170% vs prior year and organic product revenue growth was 609% year-over-year.

The Biovance® Human Amniotic Membrane Allograft has been assigned a new HCPCS code, a significant step towards obtaining reimbursement in the outpatient setting.

"Our fourth quarter operating and financial performance represents a strong end to fiscal year 2014 – an important year for Alliqua BioMedical. The profile of the Company changed dramatically in 2014, with growth in all areas of our organization," said David Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Alliqua.

And this my friends is what happens when a company like Convatec burns not just a few bridges but ALL OF THEM. I've said this already, there will be one hell of a push to secure any and all business from the CON. I will be on the streets myself in t-minus the minimal balance of my bullshit non-complete and doing so with a huge chip on my shoulder. Hey jackoffs have you thought about that for a second? this marketplace should get real interesting! It's not just business as usual when somebody blatantly screws you over it's personal best part I will make real money imparting my little piece of revenge.

THANKS! I'm going to peel Convatec, once I do it then I'm going to leave the industry for a personal endeavor but not before I clear the slate. I have so many people on my side in this marketplace there will be a huge group of us making damn sure the job gets done right!!!

Alliqua still running in the red. Don't believe their BS--lousy products, inept senior management that were all fired by the new Convatec!

This statement appears to say that everyone fired by Convatec is/was inept. Well, that is a sad statement that is far from true. Every single person that I worked with for over 10 years has been down-sized, or fired (whatever you elect to call it). Most of those were great people. So your comment is simply an insult to many good people at Convatec past and present. I give ANYONE credit for moving on and finding, or starting something new. Any place is better than Convatec...even Alliqua. Get over your hatred for their management team - at least they are trying to build something, and that is the opposite of what ConvaTec is doing.

Calling someone inept is not an attack on their character. I worked often with Dave J when he as at ConvaTec. Not the best leader, but a gentleman. Look up inept in your dictionary--if you have one. "Get over my hatred"...you distort because you do not know any better.

ALQA has lost money for the past 5 business quarters--kept solvent by Celgene shekels. No one has told ALQA yet that they will be a footnote once the history of failed wound care ventures is told.

My guess still 1000x better to work at Alliqua than garbage time at Convatec.

BOGUS NUMBERS FROM A 'WOUND CARE COMPANY' SELLING A PRODUCT NOBODY BUYS TWICE.

Really? Credit DJ, BB, and the other ALQA mavens for what? Stock price has dropped 60% from its high--the only reason the lights are still on at Alliqua is because of the coin being pumped into this loser company by Celgene. On my wound care travels in a fairly large territory NOBODY is buying their junk.

Big red flag with alliqua is that they appear to be paying themselves Fortune 500 salaries with sales of a start-up. In the last 4 quarters their sales totaled $4.8mil with a loss of $25 mil. Very large chunk of their expenses are Salary and Admin. With cash down to $16mil, loosing $5 mil per quarter the clock is ticking. Their recent acquisition should provide some cash flow, but profits are what's needed to reverse those numbers. Stockholders must know way more about how easy it is to exponentially grow business quickly in the wound care world with a product mix that faces stiff competition in every category all the while dealing with Product Standard committees, formularies, GPOs, endless lunch and learns. Should be a snap.
