The wicked witch SR is gone today!!! Yeah!! Karen rules after all these years. Good for her. SR almost bankrupt women's health w her crazy Essure beliefs. She tried to shove it down everyone's throats. Now the product is dead. So she left. Now we can get back to business without her negativity!!! Good riddance.

The lack of cheering at the fact that SR has moved on speaks volumes.
She is a strong leader who advocated for her peeps who could get the job done. She worked hard for those individuals who's head and hearts were in the right place and wanted to learn and succeed. As for you and those like you she had zero tolerance for malcontents who love playing the victim. So celebrate your little so called 'victory' and enjoy your continued attempts at achieving mediocrity.

yes now that all obstacles have been cleared the OP will be able to finally rise to the top....not!
He or she will find the next thing to bitch and moan about. Look in the mirror get some accountability and make it happen or move on as well. Disparaging comments on others is simply a reflection of your own weak character.

Karen Gasparro RULES! She's outlasted then all and deserves a medal for putting up with Bayer and the sheninigans here for so long. John and Chelsea should be kissing her feet!

Kissing her feet? Chelsea and John are doing all they can to force her out of Bayer. I've heard of some of the age discriminatory remarks they've made against her. Apparently they both have a problem with a year over year high performer, multiple national leadership winner, multiple president circle winner who happens to be over 60. HR are you listening? Dispicable treatment.. You better step in before Bayer pays out, your choice.

Bayer apparently doesn't like employees over age 50 regardless of performance. Look at the many high performers in sales and elsewhere who were laid off over the past few years.

Boy do you have that right. The successful people over 50+ keep dropping like flies due to drummed up excuses. Maybe a class action lawsuit in the works?

Bayer clearly discriminates against people over 50 regardless of their success.

Definitely a pattern here. We proudly congratulate our HBA winning district manager just as she sacked a veteran rep. Hey if you wanna get to the next level you have to know what 'leadership' is all about I suppose. Not sure how some of these folks sleep at night? Not to worry a special place in hell reserved for y'all.

This thread was all about AP’s colleague SR. I’d say they are similar in how they treat people.
