Life of an HSBS

No death count. Simply an expansion of HSBS skill and some personnel offered Executive TBS positions that have otherwise gone un filled.
HSBS role and responsibilities have been increased to serve even more as thought leader liaisons to Accounts and the TBS that are over lapped. Keep in mind - some TBS and TBM will likely have more accountability to the HSBS leadership.
HSBS guidance will make solid avenues into accounts as planned

Classic, TBM/TBS will be more accountable to HSBS/HSBM leadership. It's the other way around. HSBS know little to nothing and rely on TBS to tell them who and what's going on in accounts.
