Recent announcements in JJT are clear violation of Credo and HR principles of any sane organization. All leadership roles across IT were appointed without following any due process and come from single leaders team and we can be sure of more to follow.

Hope someone has direct reach to our CEO as it is not going up through normal channels considering collusion at the highest level. Stuart and his cronies have clearly violated not just credo but basic HR rules of change and hence established clear grounds for legal situation.

    Credo Schmedo...

Face the facts...the Credo is a marketing tool, nothing more, nothing less. Look at how everyone outsides J&J fawns at J&J "having a credo". Anyone in J&J should realize by now that management mentions the Credo only when they can show how their decisions match the Credo. If the Credo doesn't jibe with what they are trying to do, it doesn't get mentioned at all.

the Credo used to be real but is now a holy grail because management no longer follows it
