Who would have guessed that this would be worse vs. two years ago? What happened to empowering local market decisions? Minimizing disruption? Dave and Doug have a lot of work to rebuild trust in the US sales organization. Most will be doing minimum moving forward.

Now wonder why JOKE and others are running from this mess.

no kidding. They keep hiring the same sorry a$$ consulting company to disrupt everything, territories keep getting messed up according to these idiots to go back to the "same" in two years or so, Novo you had an edge over other companies by not following the industry standard by keeping continuity of service with customers. No more though, but who is listening ☹️

I'm a former employee of almost 3 years, happily living in a warm southern climate financed by a wonderful career at Novo Nordisk.

I have many friends still there, and am truly saddened to see what happening.

No doubt the industry is changing at a pace not seen before, but the one thing that should never change is how people are treated. That was core to Novo Nordisk and 'The Way'.

Personally, I had a high regard for your current president (when in his former roles). No offense, but Market Access has been the Achilles Heel for NNI the past 3-4 years and the guy that got the company into the hole is now the guy leading the whole show.

I'm sorry, and 'paper' (resume) can never tell someone's whole story, but there's NO WAY that either Doug or Dave are qualified for their roles. No way. Neither, especially Dave, has had a real leadership role prior to NNI. In fact who are the companies that Dave last worked for ? They probably have revenues equal to one of the NN regions. And now he's running the show ?

The Danes have unfortunately put themselves, and the US employees into a bad situation.

I'm sorry to for those who've lost their jobs this week.

The employees need to be heard and Doug and Dave need to listen. These two guys are not capable - they're in over their heads.

It is as if they are intentionally destroying a company from within. Very sad.

Maybe if the previous “leadership” had done their job versus occupied with pety exercises in keeping their job, demonstrated a capacity for more than an all white male beer and steroid fueled party and spoke to more than a few in the crowd we wouldnt have to be dealing with DL or DM???

Can you recommend any other consultant agency other ZS for this sort of thing???

The way I see it, the Danes continue to be in full control of a firm that has decades of history in doing what is best for NN. Your robinhood, liberal, charity mentality should go look for employment elsewhere.

Phook you and your “sorry”. You are over your head cutting grass, you mook.

That’s right SEMA launch lining up to be a shit danish for breakfast. It is unbelievable how stupid and lacking in knowlege senior leadership is about US marketing and access. So we let 20 share points fly out the window to Lilly on contracting
