Bonuses are given depending on pay grade for sure. Anyone below "contract" level, jello of the month club. Or like the above said, you get to keep your job. I bet Frost and gang get a nice bump for Christmas though, since they need it. But, he did make a miscalculation buying Bio. He bought for the reps and the entry into our market so he could sell his bullshit test. They thought that Medicare would pay his exorbitant fee, look what happened. This company is only going down hill, it's obvious! He definitely has buyers remorse. Amazing how everything stopped when they purchased us.
Question, Bioreference isn't a shopping mall and since 4K doesn't seem to be THE test to change urology protocol, what now? Does Frost ditch BRLI or does OPKO have a future need for the high overhead of a sales force? Seems like an unnecessary expense without the revenue he banked on. If no need, to whom does he sell BRLI to? Just curious.
Looks like Frost will be stuck with an underperforming asset going forward. Aint nobody gonna pay up for what amounts to a house of cards. His long winning streak of acquisitions is now broken and all the brain power he is hiring can't turn around this broken down organization, especially since we now have to play by the rules and sell like the competition on the features and benefits of our service.
