It's a choice you make - if you choose to stay in this position because of your wife, kids, mortgage, etc, then you're choosing to work in the environment that NNI dictates. You don't get to take NNI's money and then tell them how to run the company - that's the trade off. You're doing the job they want you to do because you accept their money.

And CP is anonymous, but I have never in my life seen one corporate decision that was made due to the feedback on here. Maybe it's because there are 1000 posts of bullshit for every one that is constructive and legitimate, but my guess is the true reason is that no one at NNI really gives a fuck about what's said on here - mostly because it's anonymous.

No job is perfect, including this one. But you still have a choice on whether you stay or go.
