    This is not true and you do not know the data. Gattex is great and you have an axe to grind.
    Bonus is totally f'd up though. Division needs to pay for performance and forget regional bs.

    The numbers quoted are just a lie. Or the poster is really stupid.

    Pay for performance !!

    If starts and shipments are at record highs why should a rep who gets one start with a target of 3 starts get a bonus?

    heard 2 RBD’s in the West recently left. When is Shire going to realize DZ is not the right leader to lead that ship in the West! People don’t leave companies. They leave bosses.

    Start paying the sales force better bonus otherswise more people will be leaving. Christine and her leadership need to step up or step down already.

    Christine Wilson how can you put your head in the sand any deeper? Don’t you see and hear how this Gattex bonus structure is not motivating to MOST of the sales force! Please listen to your sales reps. Otherwise, Fleming please find some new leadership who can lead! Motivate and inspire a sales team.

    Christine W your email to sales team is a joke! If you want to shape a performance based culture pay us for every ship! Create contest, pay people! Shire GI HAD a great culture and it’s the biggest complaint amoungst the sales force that leadership is not leading and culture is in toilet. Look at all the the individuals leaving! People don’t leave companies they leave the leaders. Perry please save us!

    So true. Speaking of lack of leadership and motivation. It’s almost 2018 and D Z is still stuck in the 1990’s. He should save his money and stop it with the family Christmas card. No one cares and it winds up immediately in trash. If he really is that cheap and writes the whole thing off on his expense report that’s even more reason to stop.
