If starts and shipments are at record highs why should a rep who gets one start with a target of 3 starts get a bonus?

Please listen to your sales reps. Otherwise, Fleming please find some new leadership who can lead! Motivate and inspire a sales team.

So true. Speaking of lack of leadership and motivation. It’s almost 2018 and D Z is still stuck in the 1990’s. He should save his money and stop it with the family Christmas card.
