Neurosciences is a train wreck here......

    Allergan neuro is toxic!! I used to hold my head up with pride telling others I work here. Now I’m just trying to get another day behind me here. I have never been so demotivated and discouraged in a job in my 17 years of sales. I literally get sick to my stomach feeling every time I get an email from my manager wanting to ride with me AGAIN!! Actively looking is understatement and there are many of us with resumes that have been sent out to other companies. Working here is the most stressful pharma job I’ve ever had. However JK and management just disentangle give a damn!! Something has got to change- and change fast!!

    And another Botox rep bites the dust in FL. What is that Mgr down there doing - she has run off many many good reps from our company. I don’t get it but I guess someone else is? Land of misfit toys!!

    Who else here thinks that their manager is a joke? I cringe when she calls or emails for another idiotic ride along. My manager doesn’t even know the correct dosage for spasticity patients and she is in “control” and trying to tell these neurologists how to treat their patients! Jeez!! I’ve lost all respect!,

    Sounds like you are the same rep repeatedly posting about the same manager. We get it, we all get it. You are not alone. NeuroUro is a train wreck. Do something about it instead of complaining here. She isn’t going anywhere and the idiotic ride alongs are not going to stop because you post about them on Cafepharma. Move along like the rest of us are trying to do.

    All I can say is there is light at the end of the tunnel. I left almost a year ago now & make almost triple what I was making. Where I work now is stressful but for the right reasons not because I was being abused by a manager who was like working for Dennis the Menance. Look for the right opportunity and leave!

    managers are mediocre at best but leave you alone for the most part. The bps team is worthless (JW has absolutely ruined the team). MF and JK are nothing but puppets for forest management. Somehow customers continue to prefer this toxin which is amazing.

    Are managers verifying if reps leave their homes and actually make sales calls? Do they have any idea how many. Are hiding out at home and doing nothing. Zero work ethic.
     
  14. That’s because there is clear discrimination going on and has been for decades. There are managers that feel women ahouldnt work and men will provide. Do you yhink that manager would hire a strong female? No. Also no diversity. Gays are passed up too.
    Look around and see... do you see any black managers in Neuro? Asian? Phillipino? And there are maybe 6 female managers in Botox Neuro sales.-If that much.
    Botox Neiro needs a wake up call.

    Shame on Allergan- I wish some female would sue the shit out of them.

    All the real talent has left Neuro/Uro for better jobs, the remainder are reps who are just waiting on a severance or aren’t motivated enough to land a better gig.

    Nothing against the females as managers>only the ones who have several kids have babies and can't do their fucking jobs. They are sitting home and can't leave because they have a conflict of interest. Hire people of all races but the ladies who are at home working from home and making a rep>manager>rd salary is the real shame.

    This ride isn’t almost over, get your resume updated & get the hell out. The warning lights are flashing, stop ignoring them. You are working for Forest now, sad but true. More work, less pay, it’s all part of the plan to force out real talent & recruit primary care reps at a discount to do the work. Wake up legacy Allergan people, you’ve been warned. It’s all down hill from here on out in Neuro/Uro.
