Seems like repsalways go and we have some useless mngmt that stays. When do cut the cord on poor or nonexistent leadership?
Can someone please tell me....what is keeping MR from cutting the JF cord? I always thought she had pretty good intuition, but does she not know he is not a loyal leader? MR, don’t confuse charm with loyality! Do you really need someone to charm you? Or do you need someone to make you money? And it is your decision.
Oops! Looks like there was one rep that should have been let go in downsize. Probably easy to figure out who it is. Just look at bottom of rankings every qtr.
