    F the car.... don’t get lost in the weeds. Focus should be negotiating terms of your severance package and push hard to TO GET THE MOST YOU CAN and close the most important sale of your life. We worked hard to close and drive business for this firm, now time to display those skills with HR. All severance is negotiable, regardless what HR says, they are in a crunch and need papers signed by a certain date. Press hard my peers and we will see who is truly a CLOSER!

    Has anybody negotiated more than a month salary plus Q4 bonus?
