so long GI reps You’re a waste of expenses. You’ll be just like LTC was 2 quarters ago. Completely eliminated. Also PC reps that have 4 in a territory will go to 3. Some may go to 2 depending on volume and access and of course folks on probation
There def was not a call with Jerry. Remember the last time we as DMs were in the dark just as much as the reps until the day before (at least in my case and several others). But I am hearing as much as 30% cut. But I can’t confirm that so TIFWIW.
yeah RDs were told cuts will impact everybody. Cuts will be massive and deep. Don’t kid yourself and think it will be light or just from commercials, budgets, etc. Everyone that’s been paying attention know big cuts are coming. I just don’t know which month for sure but the strong rumor is January
Letters were sent out in Eyecare. 33% of field reps will be cut, 4 district managers and one regional. They should really cancel next years incentive trip. And the Jan national sales meeting. How can that look to investors? Cut jobs yet spend 300k+ on an elaborate vacation for 50 people. And what is there to celebrate? I feel bad for the reps who did well this year, but maybe a stipend and be done with it because it just feels wrong.
