I am looking for a new job and see that Spectrum has a lot of openings. What is the radioimmunotherapy job? There are four posted. New position? Expansion?

Go to Spectrum.com. Look at their drugs and see which ones these positions might be related to. Can't be too hard. Radioimmunotherapy priduct...which one could that be???

Investigate more and assess the likelihood that these positions are due to expansions or new positions.

Do your commercial job and learn the market. If you decide it's due to expansion, you have your answer. If you decide it's attrition, see if you can find some former sales people (try LinkedIn) and contact them for feedback about the company. It may be enlightening. Or look for other company feedback.

Your answers are on the internet. Like most pharma companies, Spectrum works to manage it's on-line reputation. Because it's a small company, it's highly possible that there are execs and HR posting favorable reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed to counter the negative ones. Look for trends and discard one offs.

I even suspect this post was made by management. It's fine. Enjoy yourself Raj, Joe, Tom, Chris, whoever.
