Performance reviews - feedback

Since Spectrum's review process does not utilize colleague or team member feedback as a performance rating tool, why don't we help them out? Post performance feedback here that you wish you were asked to give. Don't be nasty or unprofessional, just honest.

 

It's the only company I've ever worked for that doesn't utilize 180-feedback or similar and it's sorely needed.

Befire you call names, maybe you should check yourself. There is both180 and 360 feedback this. I'll leave it to you to try google to learn the distinction. You must be a Trump supporter.
