Thoughts on why only half of the sales force is going to be promoting Onzetra in Q1?

 

You have to ask? Because it is the worst drug launch in pharma history and a total dog. Just hope you are the half that doesn't have to deal with it.

 

yep , some reps (half the sales force)no Onzetra at all, some reps 65/35 Nuedex/Onzetra

 

Half of the NAM sales force now
only sells Nuedexta.

 

what do you expect? Onzetra is competing in a generic market and know once wants to out anything in their nose to get rid of a migraine.

You could discount it 90% and managed care still won’t cover here. Do you know why?

Because there is ZERO demand for the office and they do not make money on a drug with ZERO utilization. No matter how much you discount it. Duh!

I am totally over selling onzetra
i am getting a lot of push back now
this product has had it's run, and my providers are over with seeing me demo this device
the begging in the world is not helping us and certainly doesnt help that managed care is inconsistent
